How Solid is Security at Penn State?

We'd like to hear from real live students, faculty and staff about campus security at Penn State.
From the website, I found several events commemorating the victims of the Virginia Tech shootings and a generalized security page, but no mention of existing or heightened
security in light of recent events, so I'm wondering if campus police, security or officials have
gotting in touch with you.

Have any new measures been implemented? Do your residence halls have emergency procedures in place? Please let us know.
