How to Win the Lottery, without buying a Ticket
Vic Poleschuk, waking up this morning, perhaps, grabbed his daily paper, sipped his latte and while scanning the paper, could not believe his luck! Mr. Poleschuk beat the odds many pray for, he became BC. Lotto's instant winner taking home the princely sum of $400,000.
Still not believing his luck, one can only assume Mr. Poleschuk called friends and acquaintences boasting of his new found wealth for doing nothing. Friends assured him that lottery wins of this size historically are normally reserved for ineffective government officials, bureaucrats, CEO's and other people in positions of power who regardless of their poor performance can reap huge monetary windfalls.
One can only assume now, with this new found knowledge from his friends he will now actively search out new employment opportunities where failure to perform can be richly rewarded.
