A working journalist attached with a major English daily of Pakistan as head of its Khyber Pakthunkhwa Desk, I am also maintaining my own website (http://www.maverickpakistanis.com) to promote a true image of Pakistan.

I recently launched as editor a monthly magazine 'Security Today', first of its kind in Pakistan.

Formerly, I headed English desk of News Network International - a premier news agency of the country - from June 1 to October 7, 2010 and was founding deputy editor of Internews News Service, an Islamabad-based news agency which is the only wire service exclusively launched to cater to the foreign print media.

Having super fast typing speed, I can use various word processing and typesetting computer applications. I have a long and extensive experience of newspaper editing and translation from Urdu into English.
