Women and girls should never be raped! Let me repeat, women and girls should never suffer a rape!

I do not give a hot damn if she walks around half naked. Men should be taught to respect women. For a woman to be raped by a male of another culture simply because they feel she is a whore, and she is not the submissive female type that they are used to. Well that is even worse! The fact that these poor women and even girls are being raped on this basis alone.
