Well this story is certainly worthy of mention on the Health and the Australian Deli Food channel.

National Post

TORONTO - A fundamentalist Pakistani preacher, taken off the air by VisionTV this week in response to complaints, defended his beliefs about Jews yesterday but denied he was a hatemonger.

Asked to respond to VisionTV's decision to ban him from the multi-faith religious channel, Israr Ahmad "strongly refuted the impression that he hated the Jews or he held anti-Semitic views."

But the written statement, issued by his personal secretary in Lahore, went on to explain Mr. Ahmad's belief that the Holocaust was "Divine punishment" and that Jews would one day be "exterminated."

My Final Thought by Barry Artiste

Hmmm, perhaps the language barrier was his downfall and he meant to say he was anti-vegemite, I know I am.

How people can eat that stuff which smells like well worn gym socks is beyond me, but then how people can listen to nutjobs like Ahmad must be, let's see whats the word I am looking for,   "Ah-Mad", yeah that's the ticket.

Yeah, usually, when someone says, "I'm not sexist/racist/whatever, but...", my BS detector makes a loud beeping noise...

So true, the same for people who state in the media all the time in Lawsuits and other such nonsense "It's not the money, it's the principle" or Politicians who love to state "To be honest"! I say, "Whattya mean to be honest"? You mean you were bullshitting us before, ya lying sack O crap?  The one I want to hear and see in the media is the recent 500K payment Mulroney has to give to Arms dealer Schrieber.  I am sure Mulroney, who is appealing this in the Ontario courts will certainly state to the Judge, "It's not the money, it is the principle" because to be perfectly honest" your lordship..... You can just smell the verbal diahrrea that will be coming out the side of that guy's mouth.  I'll have my Charmin at the ready when I watch that media event.

On an unrelated note Jordan, I am surprised you didn't bite on my last story about Britney Spears, you of all people can't resist a peek at a good story title.  :0)..... <---drool spot. That I would think would classify as Good Stuff. Lest we not forget the Sock Puppet one too. I mean to be perfectly honest.....
