At First Things today, Wesley J. Smith looks at the progress of the so-called 'assisted suicide' movement in the U.S., in large part through the lens of Neil M. Gorsuch's The Future of Assisted Suicide and Euthanasia, published last year. 

I would point out that Mr Gorsuch now sits on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
