Incompetence in Memphis

Voting in Memphis--which I had never visited before--relates a disturbing account of a dead voter in Shelby County still voting and a living voter whose vote was, possibly, not counted.  As the acrimony between parties becomes greater each election cycle, this is simple reprehensible.

Wonkette, who linked to Mr Harvey, caused me to suspect that he was going to inform me that Elvis is still voting.
