India will seek to enhance the value of trade with Japan to about $10 billion by fiscal 2009, the Indian Commerce and Industry Minister Kamal Nath said Monday, in an interview to The Nihon Keizai Shimbun. The target amounts to twice the current level of value of trade with Japan, world's second largest economy. The statement precedes the Indian minister's visit to Japan on Wednesday, with a high-level delegation to participate in the World Economic Forum's East Asia Summit.
