Jakarta (ANTARA News) - Indonesia's Energy Ministry has postponed an
upcoming tender for new oil and gas blocks while the government
clarifies the cost recovery terms of oil and gas production-sharing
contracts, an official said.

The Energy Ministry and Finance Ministry are preparing a ruling that's
aimed at ensuring that the exploration costs that oil and gas block
operators can claim back from the government are not overstated.
