Inside the Branch Davidian Compound Museum

This is a view inside he visitors meseum at the site of the former Branch Davidian Compound near Waco. The cases display articles scavenged after the fire.------In February 2005, on the way back from a trip to Austin, we tracked down the site of the Waco, TX Branch Davidian Compound. It is now operated by people who say they are not connected with the Branch Davidians. There is a small visitors museum, a grove of trees with a memorial, and they still maintain a lot of the wreckage. It was a very weird experience to visit the church, and the people were a little weird as well, but the site is still a part of history and visiting was one of the more interesting things I've done.
