I received emails from a Rolf Michael, stating I inherited the sum of millions of dollars from HSBC UK bank. And now their representatives are on the way over here to give me the cashier checks, and I need to pay the sum of 2800 dollars to received the money. The HSBC banks is used a lot in these "inheritance" scams. If there was real money involved, wouldn't it be easier to transferred it to your branch over here and then notify the recipient?

You can report all these scams to "abuse@whateverbank.com". That's what I do.
In this case, abuse@chase.com
