IRAQ: Civil War?

It seems that news from Iraq is very selective. Talk of an all out 'civil war' abounds. I guess the death toll recently seems to suggest it is heading that way. But then large parts of Iraq are comparetively peaceful and prospering. then again that's not headline news. Those who say the Iraq war and reconstruction have been disasters might like to talk to the Kurds who see things a little differently.
