Iraq didn't use chemical weapons during the invasion

Argument:  Chemical weapons were not used against U.S. forces during the invasion because of the warnings issued by the U.S. to Iraq immediately prior to the invasion  (May 13, 2003)  The topic of Mobile Laboratories is again being discussed in April 2006.
