THE sister of the gunman responsible for the deadliest shooting rampage in modern US history works as a contractor for a State Department office that oversees billions of dollars in American aid for Iraq.

What I found most compelling in this post were the comments annexed to it. A few samplers:

This is only
second article I've read from your site. After being disgusted by the
first one (regarding Emily as "the spark" of the massacre), this one
simply embarrases me. Actually, maybe I'm embarassed FOR you. From the
beginning of high school up to now (junior in college), I've always
aspired to be a journalist, or even an editor. It was my dream job.
However, my parents somehow pressured me into the medical field. Now,
my dream job is anything but a journalist. That is solely because of
this article, this site, the reporters, and the editors. Thanks for
preventing me from choosing the wrong path. Journalists of your kind
are not only embarrasing, but truly disgusting in every manner. Report
the facts. You are not a tabloid magazine. This is a real tradegy, with
real people, with real hearts--unlike yours.

This is a
digusting article with no basis and was only written to hurt the family
of Seung who are already in enough pain. Get a life Matthew Lee.

How very
typical of an American to place blame of ANYTHING on someone else (and
this is coming from a born and bred American). That boy came to this
country when he was 8-years-old. He attended AMERICAN schools, was
taught AMERICAN ideals and beliefs, yet we want to immediatly identify
the fact that he was Korean American. People, we (America) raised this
man to be the killer that he turned out to be. Our ridiculous gun laws,
our fascination with pop culture, our insatiable need to create and
watch murder and mayham on television and in the movies. We need to
stop placing blame on others and instead place the blame on the people
who deserve it, US! And as for his sister, what has she done do deserve
any backlash, she didn't kill anyone. I'm sure she is as horrified and
upset as everyone else. How do we know what type of relationship she
had with him? He was from all accounts, a "normal" AMERICAN shy kid who
kept to himself, just like thousands of other shy American kids who
keep to them selves. The fact is, this American man acted alone. Noone
is to blame but him, not his sister, not his parents, him, Cho
Seung-hui...an American!
