This sentence of 6 months in jail for individuals seeking religious asylum doesn't make any sense? Isn't that one of the founding principles of our country when our forefathers sought religious freedom.
If our fedreal judicial system puts these three in jail for illegally crossing then we must also send hundreds of others to jail who are also caught daily crossing the border illegally.
