This interview was sent to YouTube shortly after and created a Firestorm of Protest. Islam's Dr. Elmasry states the following Islamic Truths and Beliefs: Canadians should embrace Islam. Canadian Law and Islamic Sharia law should be part of the Canadian Law. Dr. Elmasry states it is okay to behead women who commit adultery if a Muslim man can get 4 friends to testify on his behalf of his wifes unfaithfullness. Dr. Elmasry states it is a fact that during World War II the French Resistance were similar to Islamic Jihadists and that the French Resistance would enter German schools and shoot German children. Dr. Elmasry states it is okay to blow up 18 year old Jewish children as the French resistance did this to German children. Aftermath; After the Television show aired and viewed by outraged Canadian and American public,the Canadian Islamic Congress and Dr. Elmasry, threaten to sue Micheal Coren for trickery and later dropped their lawsuit as it was televised. Comments by the Media; Diane Francis of the National Post stated, Dr. Elmasry and his organisation are a political farce, one claiming they never said things about it is okay to blow up 18 year old Jewish children to the French resistance remark. I don't know why everybody are pissed off of Islam, yes i know, because they're threatened by it, they know it's the right one. and by the way, pic is fake.

You know, I wish it were all untrue, but if you go to the televised portion, google Diane Francis's comment, and google Dr. Elmasry, you will get a wealth of information on this. As for the photo being fake,I wish it were true, this photo was televised on BBC over a decade ago, so again, you have your opinion. I suggest you google Islam, Honour Killings etc, and click on images... and you will see thousands of women being degraded and/or executed for such minor infractions such as showing some hair outside their Khimar.
As for being pissed at Islam? Well that is true having been in the middle east I witnessed it all around me. Do I dislike Muslims, No, many I have known for years, abroad and in Canada are moderate in their Islamic beliefs and intelligent,warm, decent law abiding people who are just as horrified that some Whacked out Muslims do this to human beings. Sharia Law, my friend was originally implemented to protect women, but when interpreted by self serving men, Sharia Law now serves to subjegate all women. Perhaps you should read the Qur'an as I have and you will see the good and the bad, much like most ancient religions drafted in the dark ages. Islam and Islamists need to evolve and be more in line with Modern society and Laws of today or move back to whence they came from. People who subscribe and live by Islam's Dark Age beliefs will only serve to foster hatred among people in Western Society, which is grossly unfair to moderate Muslims who do not live by it's interpretation. Pretty much every Muslim country in the world today is torn by strife and war, unlike most every other religion which have changed with modern times. Imagine if you will my Catholic religion, in the Bible child sacrifice, eye for an eye, etc, eventually starting people to believe that the Spanish inquisition, burning of witches was the norm. We evolved, and though we keep our faith, we know what to separate as fantasy and reality. Would you prefer we hold to our Dark age Christian beliefs, much like Islam and start sacrificing children, Crusades, Burning witches, because some Nut Job said it was okay in the Bible? When I refer to NutJob I am not referring to God, but his/her minions, apostles, disciples, hanger oners, who wrote amongst themselves the interpretation of Gods words.
I also believe in Evolution as well as the Bible, Boy how is that of an oxymoron? I truly believe my Gods intent was to be live in peace period, all the ancillary verses in the bible are heresay written by others.
I have read the entire Qur'an cover to cover a few times over the years, as well as my Bible and a lot of verses are eerily similar as if they were both drafted by one man or group.
Anyways, I cannot apologise for my statements, only respect your opinion and leave it on my comment section. That my friend is freedom of speech, which is not allowed for most "Islam by the book" Muslim Women.
In ending my friend, do not subscribe to the lie, do your research before stating what I have posted is all lies. It would be nice to be proven wrong.
