Isn't there a school for thieves?

“You commit a crime, no one reports it but you still get caught. I think may be you should consider a different career.”

There are a couple of incidents in the past few days that made me wonder how dumb some thieves can be. In the present scenario I guess a school teaching basics to thieves and robbers will do very well
