It's a two-man race at the PGA Championship

MEDINAH, Ill. - The marquee paring of Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson will not be the only story when the PGA Championship tees off Thursday morning, but it will probably seem that way. In fact, every major seems to be centered on golf's two dominant figures.

Between them, Woods and Mickelson have won five of the last seven majors and have turned the topic of discussion from the Big Five into the Elite Two.

Indeed, if you can find any weeds at the vast Medinah Country Club, you might find Vijay Singh, Ernie Els and Retief Goosen hiding in them.
