These are photos and videos of people with mental retardation and other severe developmental disabilities working. Working provides self-esteem, independence and a purpose in life. Too many people across this country are stuck in adult day care programs, when they could be working and earning a paycheck. People with severe disabilities want full inclusion into their communities. They want to use their abilities and feel like they are making a contribution. Help provide jobs for people with severe developmental disabilities. For more information visit www.css-online.org.
