ENVIRONMENTALISTS say a narrow pro-hunt win for Japanese-led nations at the International Whaling Commission is a "disaster", but Australia has promised to fight back. Federal Environment Minister Ian Campbell stressed that the vote in favour of a non-binding pro-whaling resolution "doesn't have any effect" on a 1986 global commercial whaling moratorium.
