Jay-R Patron worked for Hawaii-based media organization, Greater Good Inc., as writer and media content provider. He left two years later but had not cut ties with the company. He works as part-time Philippine-correspondent.

At present, Jay-R sits as content provider for a multinational IT consultancy firm in its Manila-office.

He rides an almost dilapidated motorcycle, which is only a year old and plans to replace it with a bigger displacement bike in the near future (probably 10 years from now).
