Jeanne Kwong's Channel

I grew up in Calgary, Alberta. I decided that I would become a writer when I was young and I have not given up the pursuit. I applied and was accepted into journalism school, but I'd been in school to long and became restless near the end of my studies. I wanted to actively apply what I was learning and became involved with the campus and community radio station CJSW. I continue to be a reporter and contributor there. I am also actively pursuing stories for both radio and print for local media with focus on political and social issues as well as on theatre performance and music.
