TruemorsThere was a major fire in a Jersey City skyscraper tonight. The K. Hovnanian building that is under construction named 77 Hudson turned into an inferno tonight, October 8, 2007. Earlier this year it was announced that two condo's were purchased pre-construction in this building on what will be the top floors for the whopping price of 6M. This price is believed to be the highest price paid for a condo in Jersey City and New Jersey.
