Kingston, ON: Birthplace of the Pita… Pit

Yes indeed, Kingston is the home of the very first Pita Pit. As such, and in the spirit of entrepreneurship, I feel it is appropriate to offer a suggestion to the Pita Pit franchise.

Whenever I order a delicious chicken caesar pita, I cannot help but feel that things could be a little bit better. After pondering this further, I realized that this was because it felt like I was eating two pitas- one that was pure chicken, and another that was pure sauce and vegetables. Why? Because all the chicken goes to one side of the pita, while the veggies remain on the other.
