Lawsuit to be filed against ex-Indonesia dictator Suharto`s son

Jakarta (ANTARA News) - Indonesian state prosecutors are to file a
civil lawsuit against the youngest son of ex-dictator Suharto to
recover money linked to a land exchange scheme in the 1990s, an
official said Tuesday.

State prosecutor Alex Sato Bya was quoted by AFP as telling reporters
that the civil suit would be sent to Central Jakarta district court on
Wednesday after some technical revisions were recommended by the
attorney-general on Tuesday.
