Let's get hypocritical: Cheney criticizes China's arms buildup

It seems hard to get any more hypocritical than Cheney. The Neocons redifine defensive weapons as aggressive while fostering plans to go offensive worldwide. The US's recent response to the Chinese charm offensive with opened check books in Africa was to set up the Africom military high command.

The Neocon rethoric reminds me of the Stalinist era gone Americano. Or 1984. Depends which you prefer.
