As the Liberal Premiers in the audience at the Liberal Convention joined other leaders and candidates on stage with newly elected Liberal Leader Dion two were noticable by their absence. Jean Charest, Liberal Premier of Quebec and Gordon Campbel Liberal Premier of B.C.
