Lickety Lube Announces Initial Public Offering

HOUSTON (Digital Dementia News Services) - Custom Perversions Inc. recently announced the initial public offering for its wholly owned subsidiary, Lickety Lube.  Shares of Lickety Lube are being listed on the NYSE and are expected to begin trading early next week.  Analysts anticipate the stock to open trading at between $23-25 per share. 

Long a leader in custom adult activities, Custom Perversions has been rapidly expanding its line of specialty services.  In 1996 Custom Perversions founder and CEO, the Reverend Hornibastard, launched Lickety Lube as a purveyor of “nude therapeutic personal encounters.”  The service company was an immediate success.  Its fleet of black vans sporting the company logo and motto “Have Tongue, Will Travel” can now be seen plying the Houston freeways making house-calls to locations throughout the greater Houston area. 

The company benefited greatly from an advertising blitz shortly after its launch.  Late night television spots and infomercials aimed at the Houston market featured the Reverend Hornibastard promising prospective Lickety Lube clientele that “you will love our parts and service.” 

Lickety Lube joins the growing number of spin-offs from Custom Perversions Inc.  In recent years Custom Perversions, the innovative leisure and entertainment industry powerhouse led by the maverick entrepreneur, Reverend Hornibastard, has spun off numerous successful service and entertainment companies.  First and foremost among them was Sublimation Limited the subject of a 1992 IPO.  Sublimation Limited was the first escorts services company to breach the species barrier.  In 1995 Custom Perversions sponsored the Hotspank Dating Services IPO, followed closely in early 1996 with the launch of Planned Parenthood Redux, a homeopathic fertility clinic that promises its clients a personal touch.  Original Sin Cabaret, an ever expanding chain of nightclubs is also a part of the Custom Perversions corporate constellation.  Original Sin Cabaret locations include Houston, Atlanta, Las Vegas, Seattle and Orlando.  The company is said to be planning an international expansion with clubs set to open in Paris, Hong Kong, Johannesburg, and the Vatican. 

The companies comprising the Custom Perversions corporate group are all currently under the helm of the Reverend Hornibastard.  The Reverend Hornibastard is also the founder and pastor of Houston’s first and only adult-oriented religious order, Our Lady of Perpetual Lust.
