A Long Island high school has banned all Halloween costumes after 3 girls last year dressed up as Captain Underpants. If like me you have never heard of Captain Underpants the videos will give you some idea of who he is.
If the videos are still not showing you can see them both here on my blog, the pic is from one of the vids.
For the Captain Underpants costumes, the three girls donned beige leotards and nude stockings under white briefs and red capes to portray the superhero, who has battled such foes as talking toilets. To Restivo, the appearance was that the girls were naked. Read more from the source: Yahoo News.

Heavy-handed and blinkered... actually, this would be the job for Captain Underpants! (My girlfriend's kids like that cartoon character- they read his adventures in English and French)

I remember reading those books in seventh grade. They were hilarious! Who care if it's elementary school scatological humor. It's still scatological humor!!
