Disco-Drill Dentist

A WOMAN is suing her dentist after claiming he almost drilled her eye - while dancing to the 1970s disco classic Car Wash.

Brandy Fanning, 31, says US dentist George Trusty was boogying to the Rose Royce hit when his drill slipped.

The 2.5cm-long drill bit punctured her sinus cavity, lodging by her eye socket.

Ms Fanning had surgery after Dr Trusty was unable to remove the bit. She is suing the 57-year-old for $750,000 in New York.

The lawsuit said Dr Trusty was "performing rhythmical steps and movements to the song Car Wash which was on the radio".
