MTV, the cable network music video channel is going journalistic on you.
On Thursday, Sept, 20, 2007 MTV is opening a NowPublic.com style news
reporting web site oriented toward the conventional MTV viewer.
Conventional MTV viewer? That's an oxymoron with a generation-gap twist.
There seems to be a natural synergy between the MTV audience and social
networking sites. Asking that audience to report the news? Whatever!
The business concept is brilliant. With seductive hands-on manipulation
