On this day, thinking of what really matters brought me to 'How to cook your life'.
Not one of these insufferable 'how to live' books mind you.
Directed by Doris Dorrie, 'How to cook your life' is a movie featuring Zen Master Chef Edward Espe Brown (sorry for the mouthful). I cannot quite call it a documentary. Edward Espe Brown shares "the guiding principles of Zen Buddhism as they apply to the preparation of food and life itself."
