Take a look at the videos, I will leave it to you to decide if you think the photo's are "sexist".

MADRID, Spain — Spain's government-run Women's Institute has labeled a 2008 calendar for low-cost airline Ryanair featuring bikini-wearing air hostesses as sexist and said it would be sending letters of complaint to Irish and EU authorities.
The institute, which defends women's rights, said that while the fact that the proceeds from calendar sales would go to charity was positive, the photographs "represent the stewardesses as sexual objects" and "reinforce discriminatory stereotypes." Read more from the source: Foxnews.

There is much more than just cheap flights Ryanair
has to offer... and if your girlfriend gets angry, say it's for charity

I don't really think it's any more than a bit of fun, really: it is what it is, and doesn't seem to hide its explotiation-based goals: "Girls of Ryanair", "charity calendar". I can totally see how people would disagree with me though, arguing that, by excluding men from the calendar, or by focusing on conventionally-attractive women, the calendaristas are perpetuating a sort of tokenism at 20,000 feet.

The video you attached is hilarious-- those weird cat photos are more interesting than the calendar itself (which as an oddly retro feel despite the high-contrast "modern" photog style), and should somehow be incorporated into the actual product.

If they have to go the cheap and tawdry route, I think they should include men to make it more exploitatively balanced.  Though something else entirely would be more dignified. Like pets dressed as stewards and stewardesses.

... or flight attendants dressed as pets. Or in giant animal costumes...
