This beats the pair of Dunks I found on EBay hands down.

TORONTO - Jason Kelly said it was his duty as a Canadian to bring it back home.

The "it" is a card bearing what is believed to be the signature of Canada's first prime minister, Sir John A. Macdonald. The card was put up for auction on EBay last week by a woman in Worcester, Mass., and the highest bidder on Tuesday night turned out to be the 31-year-old Ottawa resident.

Kelly spent a whopping $7,850 on the as yet-to-be-authenticated signature - a price he said he thought would be higher.

I took this photo while visiting The Right Honourable Sir John A. MacDonald's grave in Kingston, Ontaro, in the summer of 2007.
