SAN FRANCISCO - September 4, 2007 - LighthouseListings.com, an online real estate listing service, now offers all paid listings to be featured in property searches.  Now when a potential home buyer or renter searches their database of property listings, the listings that have been added through their paid services will always appear at the top of the list and display a thumbnail image of the property.  This allows paid listings to receive more attention and visibility to potential buyers and renters over non-paid listings.  With this new feature, LighthouseListings.com delivers more of the same features that other larger real estate listing websites offer but at the lowest price on the internet.  LighthouseListings.com continues to show their commitment to their users by offering a full-featured real estate listing website at a fraction of the cost.

Hey llpr this is more of an advertisement than a press release. A press release focuses on an event which a company was involved with. The launching of a new feature or product is not a press release.

That depends on what industry you're in.  For customer oriented websites, the launching of a new feature is news worthy.  Press releases should not be just restricted to events or conferences a company attends but anything that is worth letting the public know about your company.
