This year's September issue of Vogue, which is the issue for advertisers to plug their products in is a massive 840 pages. This is the largest ad issue ever, but the interesting fact is that many of the advertisers were drawn to advertise bacause Vogue debuted a new online and interactive website called
ShopVogue.TV. This website allows anyone to buy the products that are advertised in the issue, to view runway shows and to share their own fashion photos. Read the hilarious live blog that
Glossed Over posted. She attempted to read the entire 840 pages ( I think it took her 7 hours or so), while giving us her interpretation of the issue. Hilarious!
The feature, ShopVogue.TV, offers links to purchase the products featured in the magazine’s print ads, while simultaneously showing videos of runway shows, fashion ad campaigns and serial shows created by Vogue.
