Wilmington, NC. – Volunteers will set out again to bring awareness across the nation for cold cases of missing persons. The 4th Annual Tour called, "On the Road to Remember" will feature many cases of missing children and adults who never gnarred the national headlines or have been forgotten by communities.
CUE’s founder, Monica Caison, at this time every year we begin to map out our travel reflect on all the cases many have never heard about or have just gone unnoticed; to the families of those missing it remains fresh in their lives and provides them a way to tell their story. Caison, has brought her message to national media in the past including People Magazine and CNN’s Larry King Live , where she talked about and showed numerous photos of those missing in cases considered "cold".

Branson Perry was last seen in his home in the 300 block of west Oak Street in Skidmore, Missouri at 3:00 p.m. on April 11, 2001. He left there to go to a friend's house and give them jumper cables. Perry was expected to be right back, but never returned and has never been heard from again. His family says it is extremely uncharacteristic of Perry to be out of touch with his family and friends for more than a few days.

Inspiration of the Tour:
The annual tour was created to generate new interest in cold cases of missing persons across our nation. The inspiration came in 2004 from the case of a North Carolina college student "Leah Roberts" who had gone on a cross country trip of exploration; to only later find her wrecked abandoned vehicle, leaving no sign of her whereabouts for years. Leah's case went cold and interest faded until CUE volunteers set out on a grueling 14 day trip to re trace her route and inform the media along the way of many still missing in the path of the tour. In the years to follow, to keep hope alive after families from abroad had voiced the need for more help and supported the tour "idea".
Anyone with information concerning any cases featured should call CUE Center (910) 3431131 or the confidential 24-hour tip-line at (910) 232-1687. Tips can also be left at the CUE Center’s Web site at www.ncmissingpersons.org
