I lied, it's not in HD. There is new, cleaner/clear video showing something in the famous Loch. Despite decades of research the evidence to prove the existence of Nessie has yet to show up on shore. Now things have gotten interesting! A marine biologist and member of the Loch Ness 2000 center has caught good clear footage of something large moving at "fast" speeds in the loch. Adrian Shine caught the footage wile standing on the shores of the lake. The "something" was estimated to be 45 feet long.
BBC Scotland aired the footage and interviewed Adrian, but the video analysis is still in progress.
While many sightings can be attributed to a drop of the local whisky, legends of Scottish monsters date back to one of the founders of the Christian church in Scotland, St. Columba, who wrote of them in about 565 A.D.
