Long on Terrorism -- Short on Osama bin Laden

In this post 9/11 world, the Bush Administration uses terrorism as a pretext to do whatever they like, both at home and abroad. But there's a deafening silence from the White House on the topic of the terrorist mastermind, and leader of al Qaeda, Osama bin Laden.
