The 17th annual Airline Quality Rating Report or AQR's just came out in the U.S. and it seems that people flying in 2005 experienced more airport delays, lost luggage and bumped flights than ever before. JetBlue, which has taken the top of the list for the last three years slipped to #2, while Hawaiian Airlines has taken the top spot.


Crikie! Every time I fly Air Canada it's something and this time they have lost my luggage.




Jet Blue, which rated highest on the list for the past three years, was bumped out of the top slot by Hawaiian
