A small yacht, worth $80 million (US dollars) arrived in London this week.
It has docked near South Quay. No sign of the helicopter which can land on the stern of this boat.

The Millenium Dome in the background cost £789 million, which is about 1,500 million US dollars. Frank Lowy was able to pick the boat up for 80 million US dollar, so it does look like he got it for "chump change"!
