April 25, 2007 Pennsylvania - The former Macungie fire marshal and fire chief who stole a digital camera from the borough fire station has been placed on a year of probation and fined $300. James Andrews, 42, of 2100 Aster Road, Lower Macungie pleaded guilty to theft as a second-degree misdemeanor. At an April 18 hearing, Lehigh County Judge Robert L.
