Magical Moment ...1

Taken during an yearly event called the UT Explore at the University of Texas at Austin Campus. Kids and school students get to watch cool experiments on campus to promote science and engineering. This was a fun experiment where they created "instant ice-cream" mixing milk, ice-cream mix and liquid nitrogen (I hope I got this right) .. it was definitely edible as they were handing it out to the kids. Kids loved the experiment and obviously the end result ... it was almost magical for them. Posting a series of three photographs showing the different stages.
