Maine Lobster Festival attracts 90,000

Festival organizers
estimated that more than 90,000 visitors walked through the gates
during the five-day bash, and by the time they had left they had
consumed about 30,000 pounds of lobster.

"It's a celebration of
summer and fun on the coast and we had a good one this year," festival
vice president Chuck Kruger said Sunday. "It was friendly and fun and
just what it was supposed to be. This has absolutely been one of the
best."
