As per EXPERT reviews any residential or commercial complex can be a hit in this areas as land value can increase further in a couple of years because GMR RGIA /  INDU SEZ / GEMS PARK / FABCITY / IMARAT HARDWARE PARK / AGA KHAN EDUCATION / CATALYTIC SOFTWARE / HCL / TCS / NOVOVEL  etc. etc. all together this firms will employee more than 2million people by 2015 and its just 15-20mins drive from this place

Its true that all the upcoming projects with international designe are 10-15 kms from chandrayangutta DLRL any real estate developer who is planing 2 invest at this place can expect good returns. the second reason is the travel time from chandrayangutta to masab tank will become less than 20 once PVNR Expressway is thrown open so this place is like betweem hyderabad & shamshabad.
