Make the ‘Floating Pool’ Permanent

BROOKLYN WATERFRONT — This past Tuesday morning I had a series of appointments in the Brooklyn Heights area, nothing, alas, having to do with the hunt for breathtaking news. They were all routine medical meetings.

Despite crisp scheduling, I found myself with about 30 minutes to spare, so I went down to the Promenade to look at the floating swimming pool in Brooklyn Bridge Park.
