Malawi man NOW says Madonna can adopt his son

I'm not sure if there are sides to pick in regards to this case, but it seems the adoption agency has done a disservice as Madonna has said " to the orphaned children of Arica." Why did they have to blow this adoption so far out of the water? Dare I say that the adoption agency and other religious organizations involved in this matter could have maybe, even a tinch -- coerced Banda to make certain statements like "he didn't think the child would be with Madonna forever?" How exactly did they explain the adoption to him?

David Banda's father, an illiterate, 32-year-old vegetable farmer, on Sunday told the media through a translator that he didn't realize that Madonna and Ritchie would have custody "forever."But Banda has since said he favors the adoption, and his reversal has caused a media barrage in this tiny country in southeast Africa.
