April 14, 2007 Washington - Flames consumed a Kennewick home early Friday, killing one man and nearly spreading to adjacent homes before being stopped as they scorched a fence and nearby trees. Coroner Rick Corson said the victim is presumed to be Gregg Richter, 47, whom neighbors identified as a father of three who lived alone at 6715 W. Arrowhead Ave. Capt.
