Man Found Dead Following A Fire

November 7, 2006 A man has been found dead following a fire at a maisonette on Albion Road, Twickenham, during the early hours of Tuesday morning. Four fire engines and around 20 firefighters were called to the blaze which destroyed the roof and gutted the first floor five room building. The Brigade was called at 0118 and the fire was under control by 0240. Fire crews from Twickenham, Feltham and Heston attended the incident. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
