One of the top priorities of a manager is to make sure that your
employees are happy; happy employees are more productive and it’s keen
to have all workers happy in a company.
When criticizing an employee, it’s really important not to focus too
much on the negative, which is a common error for most managers

Its super that you are contributing! awesome that you've stepped-up. The post you've made, its interesting to be sure, and I'm not undermining your own personal experience, but I am looking for news that you have that speaks directly to lets say statistics for example, or how much a bad manager cost a company, I feel like there is and should be more to this.
Just some of my thoughts and again, great you put your toes-in-the-water!

range, I think your story has potential but needs some improvement. As Susan said, you need add some more information to this story and make it newsworthy. I've got a few suggestions, and if you give them a try, I'd be happy to remove this flag.
I wasnt sure what was newsworthy in this story. News should always be about posting current stuff - new things you've discovered.
Please review What Makes News News. It can really help ify ou follow the old "W5" news formula -- making sure you have answered the questions: Who? What? Where? When? And Why? (You might want to check out our J-Tips for more help.)

Ok, I'll keep that in mind and try working on it this week.
Thanks for the comments.
